About Us
David & I have recently moved to Alsager with Macy, our 8 year old cat. As we are continually improving ourselves and our lives, we felt now was the perfect time to get a puppy. We have the time and the space and Macy would love another body to snuggle up to. Having visited our friends Faye and Luki in Austria 3 years ago, we met their Vizsla Tally. Tally instantly changed my concerns about having a dog and we fell in love with her and the breed. David has always wanted a dog and so we started the journey to find a puppy. We spoke to family and friends who were very supportive and gave us lots of advice and support, then we researched and contacted breeders in the UK.

Addaci Hungarian Vizslas
I contacted Jeanna at Addaci and completing all the relevant paperwork to see if we were suitable owners, we drove to Pontypridd to meet Jeanna and her dogs. They had had a litter born 27th December 2013 and as it was larger than expected, there were 2 boy puppies avaliable. We met Jeanna, her family and dogs and were blown away with how lovely all the dogs were. The puppies parents, Linka and Dini, were beautiful and had the most amazing temperament. So we chatted and commited to our little boy puppy and then discussed potential names. When we mentioned Jenson, Jeannas husband mentioned he used to work for Williams when Jenson Button was there and Jeanna had met him and said how lovely he was...and so Jenson was named. The puppies are due to be re-homed at 8 weeks, so 21st February 2014 we collect our Jenson and embark on the experience of owning a dog.
Reading, Training and Real Life
Despite having read many great books in preparation, we are fully aware that the reality of owning a puppy can be very hard at times and require a lot of patients. In light of this, David and I have done a lot of training on ourselves, walking more, de-stressing and being patient and tolerent. Being a Hypnotherapist and using NLP to create calm and confidence, Bex hopes to use this strength during training. David is very excited and has been working hard to build up his tolerence for walking in the rain and usual Great British weather. Macy has been snuggling a lot and hopes their will be more food for her if she finds it before her brother...she has also been sticking her tongue out a lot recently but I'm not sure what she hopes to achieve with this!
